IMAT FUTA

The Infrastructure Maintenance Awareness Team (IMAT) is a student-led platform built for the Civil Engineering Department at the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA). It serves as a centralized system to report, track, and manage campus infrastructure issues—unifying student reports and engineering follow-through.

Key features include:

• An interactive issue-reporting portal allowing users to log defects (drainage, roads, buildings) with severity levels and GPS coordinates.
• A live dashboard tracking real-time infrastructure metrics (defects reported, under assessment, and resolved).
• An Evidence Gallery showcasing before-and-after visual proof of infrastructure repairs.
• A secure administrative and member portal for field officers to manage assessments and documentation.
